For owners, hoteliers and hosts
Propose your house
We take a small number of houses, châteaux, small hotels and experiences in each region. If yours fits, we come to see it, and agree terms with you in a short agreement.
Seen in full by members only
Your name, your place and your rates are shown only to members we have checked. A visitor sees a soft picture and the region.
Every guest known to us
Each member has been introduced or has applied, had their identity checked and spoken with us.
Paid by the guest, directly
Guests pay you directly, under your own terms and house rules. There is no listing fee.
